Ł100,000-Ł200,000 = Ł150.00
Ł200,001-Ł500,000 = Ł220.00
Ł500,001-Ł1,000,000 = Ł420.00

Stamp Duty Land Tax:
No Stamp Duty Land tax on the purchase of a property worth Ł125,000 or less.

Property Value:
Ł125,001 - Ł250,000 = 1% of whole purchase price
Ł250,001 - Ł500,000 = 3% of whole purchase price
Above Ł500,001 = 4% of whole purchase price
