Land Registry Registration Fees:

Value of Property:
£100,000-£200,000 = £150.00
£200,001-£500,000 = £220.00
£500,001-£1,000,000 = £420.00

Stamp Duty Land Tax:
No Stamp Duty Land tax on the purchase of a property worth £125,000 or less.

Property Value:
£125,001 - £250,000 = 1% of whole purchase price
£250,001 - £500,000 = 3% of whole purchase price
Above £500,001 = 4% of whole purchase price
