Our complaints procedure
If you have a complaint, please contact Eleanore Plews in writing who is our Client Care Partner. If Eleanore Plews is the Solicitor handling your matter then you should contact Catherine Hobson. You will be sent a copy of our complaints procedure and the complaint will be investigated in line with this procedure.
